Southport Cultural Centre

Mathew Smethurst-Evans was in Southport last week to inspect the installations at the Southport Cultural Centre which is being refurbished. Work is progressing well, and it is expected that the venue will be completed early next year (2013) although the actual handover date is not yet know by Theatreplan. USITT Announces Architecture Award Recipients for 2013

Theatreplan is proud to be associated with Garsington Opera Pavilion on the Wormsley Estate in Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, United Kingdom. Which has been awarded a Merit award for Architecture by the United States Institute for Theatre Technology. Theatreplan welcomes a new partner

Mathew Smethurst-Evans has been made a partner at Theatreplan.  Mathew joined Theatreplan in 2007 as an associate and will continue to work on ongoing projects whilst taking on more responsibilities within the partnership.

The Sainsbury Laboratory – shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2012
