Technology Implementation Consultant

With Honours in Music Technology and as a qualified Project Manager Bosco has spent the last ten years working on the design, implementation and management of major technology projects in the cultural, government and commercial sectors.

 

Excelling in his field, Bosco has successfully managed and implemented projects in various industries, working with diverse and globally esteemed clients, breaking new ground with innovative technology in collaboration with a range of international design teams. 

He started his career working in Sydney’s most reputable sound recording studios before relocating to the United States, where he worked in some of the most acclaimed studios, including The Hit Factory in New York and Island Sound Studios in Hawaii.

Returning to Australia he was appointed as Projects Operations Manager for Rutledge AV, and subsequently worked on various technology and infrastructure projects within Sydney Opera House, including the Concert Hall sound system and digital sound console upgrades, the award-winning stage management system upgrade, and the wired and wireless communications upgrade.

Utilising his wealth of experience and knowledge Bosco’s primary focus at Theatreplan is directed towards the development and implementation of project processes and procedures for clients. He further specialises in infrastructure, technology and contractor evaluation and compliance, risk assessment and management, and auditing and quality assurance processes within the project life cycle.
